		<description>I honestly think that Al Gore has a moral imperative to run. He didn't in 2004 - after 2000 he was tired and discouraged, fair enough - but in 2008 - he does.  He knows perfectly well that if he runs he will win. If he does not run, he will not only dissapoint so many of us - he will bear at least some responsibility for what is not corrected / cleaned up in the years ahead...  That's just my feeling.</description>
