Excellent (and challenging) rhyme. If I may add a wordy couplet:
I’m all the rotary drive a Swiss watch could ever want,
And the lake that was the mother of Frankenstein’s haunt.
P.S. Was my Pic-Tac-Toe an inspiration for line 1?

Neel, I had the answer GENEVA before I thought of the cookie angle, but once I had it, it did remind me of your Pic-Tac-Toe theme about the Pepperidge Farm cookies.
As for your couplet, those words may rhyme out west, but not the way we pronounce them here. And, as you suspect, your meter’s a bit off. But I like the content of the clues, and this was a hard word to find clues for.
Honorable mention to you for getting in so early. Or were you up late?

Are you talking about “haunt”? The only way I know how to pronounce it is the way that rhymes with “Vermont.”
The couplet was difficult — for a moment, I considered just answering the riddle — because the Geneva drive and Lake Geneva are hard to describe in so few syllables, and in lines that end in “-ont”. Again, kudos on your 4-line rhythmic mastery.
