Shakespeare Anagram: As You Like It

I did a history and a tragedy, so now I have to do a comedy.

From As You Like It:

All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players:
They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.

Shift around the letters, and it becomes:

My sane ashen melancholy gentleman harshly says an existential narrative wellspring and, with a serene rhythm, anticipates the modern stage-based development ideas.
